We are preparing for an exciting series of career learning activities that will take place this term. Next week is National Careers Week and we look forward to welcoming special guest Tyson Day from Arrive and Thrive to share his expertise and insights with students in Years 10-12. We also look forward with great anticipation to our second annual Life Library event, taking place on Thursday 21 May, here in our Senior Campus Library. Members of our community will share their personal career stories with students, giving them a valuable window into the world of work. This year we will be introducing Year 10 students to the world-leading career education platform, Morrisby Profile. This online tool will help students to understand their strengths, interests and potential, to help guide their career, subject and future educational choices. Year 10 students will complete a series of aptitude and interest tests to complete their Morrisby Profile on 4 June during their PDP session. Following this there will be a Careers Evening for Year 10s and their parents on 11 June to help parents and students understand the results of the assessment.
