JUST OVER 4 WEEKS TO GO!

The new look Oliebollen Festival will this year feature the Navy band, ten different food trucks, as well as old favorites Croquettes and of course Oliebollen!

The children will be well entertained with affordable rides (2 for $5.00 or 5 for $10.00), Tombola, Showbags, Facepainting and lots more. Parents will still enjoy the Auction, Craft Stall, Plants and Produce. All stalls will have cashless payment options.

We also plan to operate a Drive Through Oliebollen on the Primary campus utilising our bus turning circle.

Thank you to all the people who have
already volunteered!

If you haven’t yet, we’d love you to sign up now to volunteer or contact us. We have lots of opportunities for the following stalls.

• Drinks

• Craft stall

• Show bags

• Face painting

• Croquettes

• And of course the Oliebollen tent!

Please Note free tickets will be provided to all Association Gold members and Volunteers associated with the Festival.

The CRAFT STALL needs your help!

We are interested in anything that is handmade, knitting, crochet, woodwork, jewellery, pottery, papercraft, sculpting, painting or any other type of handmade goods.

If you have any questions contact Clancy Hartman. Please bring items to school by Friday 10 September, clearly marked for the Craft Stall.

Attention Parents of Prep to Year 6 students

The Tombola Stall needs lots of goodies to go into jars.

Ideas include: stickers, swap cards, rubber finger puppets, hair ties, whistles, packaged lollies, erasers, candy, stampers, hair clips, mini pencils, pencils, mini toys, matchbox cars, balloons, lip gloss, bracelets, ribbons, mini note pads, beads etc. Anything kids enjoy!

Please help by bringing in items to the Primary school office
for this very popular children’s stall!

Farmer’s market is in NEED OF DONATIONS of your home made, home grown fresh produce. They require jams, marmalade chutney, pickles eggs, vegies, flowers, seeds and plants. They will collect it all on the Friday
(day before) Oliebollen.
