Calvin Student Prayer Do you have 15-20 minutes a week to volunteer to pray with students before school? Some of our students need prayer. We would like to offer a quiet, private space to pray and encourage students to believe God cares and that He is their Provider. The commitment would involve: Having a current Working with Vulnerable People Card Nominating a day (or days) you are able to come each week. Arriving at 8.25am to pray with the team. Praying with students between 8.30am and 8:45am (or if no students come, continuing in prayer for students with the team).
The idea is that we would pray simply and briefly with each student, invite them to come as frequently as they wish (I have had students in the past who came every day for weeks). The team will be having an initial meeting on Wednesday November 26 at 8.30am in the Senior Campus Meeting Room to outline the vision.
