Rolling up your sleeves…

I am not sure how many of you made it to our annual Oliebollen Festival on 13 September?

This session explores sibling rivalry and parent-child relationships, offering guidance on how to address conflict in a God-honouring way.
(NB: This topic would also be suitable for young people to attend.)

As we prepare for Term 4 we have a special parent forum featuring author and speaker Alana Kilmartin of Unserious Careers. Alana’s brand new book, Unserious Careers, is a light-hearted guide for Years 10 - 12, focussing on the first five years after school. Alana has spent 2025 travelling the country with the goal of speaking at 250 schools around Australia. She begins the Tassie leg of her journey with a visit to Calvin.

Alana will give a presentation for parents entitled: Building A Strong Career Support Team, with insights from her personal career journey along with valuable tips from her book.

This seminar will be held on Monday 13 October at 7.00pm in our Secondary Library.

We hope this session will provide inspiration and guidance for parents about how best to support their young people's career decisions.

Parent Prayer Groups

School Prayer Group - Please note the change to the Primary Prayer Meeting time and venue.

Principal’s Office on the Senior Campus - Friday mornings 8.30am
Primary Library on the Junior Campus - Wednesday afternoons 2.30pm

Calvin sunhats need to be worn for all Year levels in Term 4. The Uniform Shop has these in stock and will be open on Monday 14 October from 8am to 4pm in addition to it’s normal opening hours.

Tuesdays - 8.00am - 4.00pm
Wednesdays - 1.00pm to 3.30pm
Thursdays - 8.00am to 12.00pm

Parents can order and pay for hats online as well by going the Uniform Shop Information section on the Parents page of our website.
