The end of Term 1 arrives this week. For some, it feels too early, as if the school year has only recently started to ramp up…

Years 7 and 10 Immunisations

The School Based Immunisation Program run by the Kingborough Council will be taking place on Thursday 7 May for students in Years 7 and 10.

Please use the QR to complete the online form for your child immunisations. Please complete the form whether you are giving consent or not for the immunisations.

Parents will be emailed details and a consent form tomorrow (16 April) about the My Mind Check App. Calvin Christian School is working with a national program to conduct mental health and wellbeing check-ins with secondary students using My Mind Check. These check-ins can currently take place until 18 December 2026 and the data will be used by our wellbeing team to assist students that may need additional support. This program is voluntary and at the discretion of both parents and students.

Uniform Shop Opening Hours

Here are the dates and times our Uniform Shop will be open during the School Holidays period. Details of these are also on our School Calendar.

Wed 6 May 1.00pm to 3.30pm

Thu 7 May 8.00am to 12.00pm

We say goodbye to Simon and Christine Boonstra at Calvin as we celebrated Simon’s 26 years of faithful service to God through the Calvin Christian School community.

We note with sadness the passing of Stuart Rochester on Sunday. Stuart taught at Calvin Christian School as a primary teacher for many years, concluding in the mid-90s. Please join us in praying for the Rochester family as they commemorate a life of faithful Christian service.
