Missing the Olympics?
Every four years, I transform into an Olympics fanatic, dissecting sports and rules I barely knew existed. It’s the years of effort behind the victories that captivate me—something we witnessed firsthand as Calvin’s Bek Morrison-Carr and Scott Ambrose were honoured for their outstanding contributions to education.

'Soft Skills'...
Soft skills like problem-solving and adaptability aren’t easily learnt, but stepping into leadership roles can accelerate growth. At Calvin, we see this when students join Student Council, lead events, or take on initiatives like Shave for the Cure and the Winter Sleepout.

The Blessings of Growth
Our new classroom spaces and time capsule celebrate Calvin’s growth and God’s provision over the years. As we look ahead to 2049, we’re excited to see how these spaces will continue to nurture our students’ curiosity and faith.

Getting into routine...
Returning to school brings more than just sunny weather—it restores routines and boosts health and fitness for students. Studies show holidays can impact fitness and habits, making school an essential time for growth in body, mind, and soul.

Green pastures and blooming children
With soccer season in full swing, our ovals have seen better days, but it’s a reminder of the growth and care invested in every space. As you read your child’s report, consider the time and thought behind each reflection—like a gardener nurturing a vibrant patch of lawn.

International Service Learning Relaunches
After years of waiting, our students are finally returning to overseas service trips, with high demand showing how valued these experiences are. Visiting Indonesia will offer a new perspective, teaching them that true richness comes not from possessions, but from relationships and contentment.
